The 2nd annual South East Asia Property Awards 2012 winners were declared on wednesday 21 November at a gala dinner event at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.

Over 370 guests from all countries in South East Asia were present to congratulate the winners and highly commended companies in 35 award categories. Initially, 300 entries were selected from over 1,400 nominations received for all categories.
